Roy Benear will join the event and travel company Wyndham Jade as the its new executive vice president of sales and business development.
He will oversee and manage the firm's salesforce activites and client relations.
Previously, Benear served as vice president of sales and business development for the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM), worked in Austin as senior vice president of the city's CVB and spent 15 years with Hilton Hotels.
