Embassy Suites Hotels has introduced the new all-suites Embassy Suites Salt Lake/West Valley City, located at 3524 S. Market Street in West Valley, Utah.
The hotel features onsite dining with a Shula’s Steak House and has been the focal point of a multi-million-dollar, multi-phase revitalization project in downtown West Valley City, and brings 162 suites and 7,500 square feet of meeting space to a busy downtown area.
The new hotel is the cornerstone of Fairbourne Station, a $500 million mixed-use development encompassing 40 acres in the heart of West Valley City. The upper upscale hotel joins 200,000-square-feet of retail space, 200,000-square-feet of office space, 1,000 urban residences and Fairbourne Station Promenade, which features four acres of urban lineal park and a plaza space.
The property also offers a complimentary business center, an indoor saline pool and spa and fitness center.
