The Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation (GPTMC) launched a new marketing program highlighting 14 of the city’s diverse neighborhoods within 15 minutes of downtown.
The program is designed to encourage both visitors and locals to get out and discover new restaurants, music venues, festivals, parks and art galleries. More than 600 attractions are listed on the site, accompanied by suggested itineraries, maps and photos.
Activities range from exploring the 4,400-acre Fairmount Park to drinking craft beer at Dock St. Brewery in Cedar Park or browsing the 10-block long Italian Market in Bella Vista, which dates back to the 19th century.
