BIRMINGHAM, Ala.
Hay Creek Hotels announced today that it has been selected to oversee the total renovation The Redmont Hotel, an historic 114-room full service hotel located in Birmingham, Ala. Hay Creek Hotels will also manage the property when renovations are complete in early 2014.
The Redmont Hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and benefits from its central location in the heart of Birmingham's business district and its close proximity to the University of Alabama at Birmingham. The hotel features Birmingham's only rooftop bar and easy access to the city's many attractions.
Hay Creek Hotels will oversee a complete renovation and repositioning of the hotel, commencing in the fall of 2013. Once renovated, the hotel will re-open in the spring of 2014 with 116 newly designed guest rooms and suites, a signature restaurant, enhanced meeting facilities, a rooftop lounge/bar, and a grand ballroom.
