Denihan Hospitality Group promoted Patrick Chiappetta to corporate director of restaurants and bars. He will direct culinary and catering efforts and staff and lead marketing programs in his new role.
Chiappette joined Denihan in 2010 as director of operations for Art & Soul, a restaurant led by James Beard chef Art Smith.
Previously in his restaurant career, Chiappetta worked at Bloom Restaurant and Frasca Food and Wine, both in Colorado, and served as regional director of Fox Restaurants in Denver.
Denihan operates 14 boutique hotels in urban U.S. markets.
