MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla.
A new $12.5 million dollar capital improvement project is underway at Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, the largest full-service beachfront resort on Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast.
The five-month project includes a number of improvements, including a complete refurbishing of all 200 Spa Tower rooms, a redesigned indoor pool and a dramatically enhanced main lobby experience giving guests a breathtaking view of Florida's Emerald Coast immediately upon arrival. The resort will also unveil new and upgraded designs for the Sandcastles Restaurant and Lounge, Hadashi Sushi Bar and the award-winning, 11,000-square-foot Serenity by the sea Spa.
While the property is undergoing these enhancements, Serenity by the sea Spa, Sandcastles Restaurant and Lounge, Hadashi Sushi Bar and the resort fitness center will remain open for guests, but will be relocated to the Emerald Tower, close to all of the resort's amenities and activities.
This final project follows a recent $5.5 million facelift completed in February, including 32,000 square feet of indoor meeting space; a redesign of Seagar's Prime Steaks and Seafood, the longest-standing AAA Four-Diamond restaurant on Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast; and the common space of the 400-room Emerald Tower, which houses the deluxe junior suites, featuring bunk beds and a separate media center for kids.
