Stylish Makeover for Fifth Avenue Courtyard

NEW YORK CITY

The Courtyard New York Manhattan/Fifth Avenue hotel's recent multi-million renovation seeks to accommodate business and leisure travelers with the sophistication of a fine tailored men's suit splashed with a touch of whimsy, all created by Leo A Daly designers.

The Fifth Avenue New York hotel now boasts a blue and white color palette throughout that offers a clean-cut design. Geometric patterns, textures and pops of citron green and pink aim to incorporate a youthful feel into the atmosphere.

A collage of borough names surrounding New York is one piece of artwork that will catch guests' attention the second they step into the hotel lobby. That's also where travelers will be greeted by front desk staff stationed at individual welcome pedestals designed to ease the check-in process. The lobby in the Fifth Avenue NY hotel also features Courtyard's signature GoBoard, an interactive touchscreen giving travelers weather conditions, directions and news access.

Newly renovated rooms aim to provide just the right get-away after a full day of business meetings, training sessions or sightseeing opportunities. Guests will appreciate new wall coverings and carpet in their rooms. The same textures and colors from the lobby carry through in each of the guest rooms.

The Fifth Avenue hotel is also just steps away from Bryant Park and Central Park, great places for taking walks and jogging. Bryant Park is even equipped with free Wi-Fi so business professionals can get out and enjoy the outdoors while being productive at the same time.

The Courtyard New York Manhattan/Fifth Avenue at 3 E. 40th St. in New York, NY, is conveniently located near LaGuardia and John F. Kennedy International airports. The hotel boasts 181 rooms and four suites on 30 floors and is situated near some of the city's most famous attractions, including Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Broadway and Fifth Avenue shopping.
