Sheraton Macao Hotel has rolled out Meet 24, which provides smaller meeting groups flexible check-in and check-out times. The stylish Sheraton Macao is Starwood’s largest hotel globally, and the biggest hotel in Macau with 3,896 rooms and more than 150,000 square feet of meeting space.
A first for Asia Pacific meeting planners and exclusive to Sheraton Macao Hotel – Meet 24 is available to members of the Starwood Preferred Planner program. Meet 24 allows groups to check-in any time and check-out at the same time on the day of departure at no additional cost, meaning instead of the usual 3 pm check-in/11 am check-out times, groups can select their own.
For example, if a group’s preferred check-in time is 8 p.m., the check-out time will be 8 p.m. on the day of departure and no additional charges apply. Plus, booked meeting space is held for the group guests’ same timeframe, so planners and delegates can enjoy meeting and relaxation time with incomparable flexibility.
MEET 24 highlights:
• Flexibility: Ability to check-out at the same early or late check-in time at no additional charge.
• Convenience: Use the hotel’s meeting facilities at any time during group’s stay.
• Dedicated Events Team: Ensures a stress-free event and meets group needs/requirements around the clock.
• Booking Requirements: Targeted at smaller MICE groups, minimum 20 and maximum 100 room nights per day and at least one full day meeting for all group participants.
• Validity: Now through Dec. 19, 2014.
