Director of Concierge Services
The Fairmont Copley Plaza
Boston

What service can you provide to groups that they normally might not receive?

Our concierge staff, with a combined 50 years of experience, can leverage our relationships to make the impossible, possible, including Red Sox tickets and access to other coveted events.

What are your group restaurant recommendations?
Top of the Hub for spectacular Boston views, as well as great live entertainment; a New England clam bake at Jasper White’s Summer Shack; or for family-style group dining, Maggiano’s Little Italy Restaurant.

Can you recommend a good place to take a stroll?
From the tranquil setting of the Public Garden and the stylish boutiques on Newbury Street, to the charm of Beacon Hill and the history along the Freedom Trail, Boston offers a variety of short or long walks. And, The Fairmont Copley Plaza offers our own special tour guide: Catie Copley, the hotel’s canine ambassador, who is always happy to stroll with guests. Catie, Boston’s only canine concierge, is available for complimentary walks for all hotel guests, and with a black Labrador as your guide, you’ll be able to follow your nose back to the hotel with ease.

Are there any quirky places we should check out?
For a unique perspective on Boston history, Old Town Trolley offers a Ghosts & Gravestones tour that visits Boston’s historic cemeteries and burial grounds after dark.
