Palm Beach
  • The 310-room Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach (561.533.6000; www.ritzcarlton.com) reopened in March following a $60 million renovation.

  • The Resort at Singer Island (561.340.1700; www.starwoodhotels.com) debuted in March with 239 suites and 4,000 square feet of meeting space.

Fort Lauderdale
  • The newly opened Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort (954.414.2222; www.hilton.com) offers 373 studios and suites and 10,000 square feet of meeting space.

  • Scheduled to be unveiled May 1, the Crowne Plaza Hotel Hollywood Beach Sian Resort (954.454.4334; www.ichotelsgroup.com) will have 311 rooms and 6,330 square feet of meeting space.

  • The St. Regis, Fort Lauderdale (954.465.2300; www.starwoodhotels.com) is due to open in May with 166 rooms and 24,000 square feet of meeting space.

Miami
  • Newly opened in February, the 80-suite Regent South Beach (305.672.4554; www.regenthotels.com) pampers guests with car turndown and “car-sitting” services, and the first-ever Regent Pocket Butler cell phone for off-property communication. The Regent Bal Harbour is slated to open this summer.

  • The 414-room Royal Palm Resort (786.276.0100; www.royalpalmmiamibeach.com) recently completed a $20 million renovation, adding a Maxim Lounge by Rande Gerber, a luxury spa and an infinity-edge, beachfront pool.

The Keys
  • In September, the 200-room Sheraton Beach Resort Key Largo became the Key Largo Grande Resort and Beach Club (305.852.5553; www.keylargogrande.com).
