Radius offers new bedding and furniture, as well as other amenities in its 200 guest rooms, such as iPod docking stations and 32-inch LCD screens.   • The Crescent City’s Riverfront Hotel has been rebranded the Wyndham Riverfront New Orleans Hotel.   • Holiday Inn Select Houston West was renamed the Crowne Plaza Houston West. The 344-room, 20-story property will undergo a $4.4 million renovation, including an upgrade of its 32 Club Floor guest rooms. Club Floor guests will also have access to a private lounge with workspace and sitting areas. The renovation also calls for the addition of a Presidential Suite with an oversized bedroom and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a walk-in closet, and living and dining areas. A pair of two-room deluxe suites also will be added. The current renovation follows the hotel’s upgrade of its 9,000 square feet of meeting space.   • Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center ended the first phase of its $6.5 million makeover with the May 1 completion of 150 of its guest rooms. Renovation of the final 181 rooms is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2008. The Doubletree property, originally built in 1882 and last refurbished in 1995, is spending $19,000 per room. West Virginia
  • The Greenbrier resort reopened in April following a $50 million renovation. The property debuted 63 upgraded guest rooms, replete with soaking tubs, walk-in showers and other new amenities.
