- Playing off the idea that many oh-so-scandalous and exciting things can (and often do) happen during a stay in Las Vegas, planners can contact A Warm Wish, a Vegas-based corporate gift company, to order the “What Happens in Vegas…” basket. Goodies include a souvenir shot glass, soap specially designed to help them feel guilt-free, medicine to help with post-party headaches, red wine-flavored lip balm, a casino companion guide, a walking guide to the city, and, of course, postcards. www.awarmwish.com
Flashing Welcome Sign
- Built in 1959, the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign has become an icon of the city, cheerfully welcoming visitors each year with its bright lights, and serving as one of the first sights on the Las Vegas Strip. Now, meeting delegates can own a little piece of the city’s magic with their own pint-sized sign. Planners can contact Bogar Enterprises to order keepsake signs, measuring eight inches tall and a little more than five inches in width with flashing lights. www.lvsignco.com
Liberace Piano Ring
- Known for his television and musical fame, and of course what is best described as an extravagant taste in clothing and jewelry, Liberace was a crowd favorite in Las Vegas for many years. Visitors can learn more about Mr. Showmanship at the Liberace Museum, a group-friendly venue offering tours and space for off-site receptions and dinners. The site showcases several of his pianos, from one encrusted in rhinestones to another entirely covered with shining mirrors. The museum also houses several of Liberace’s sequined performance outfits and jewelry in its Costume Gallery, along with many of his cars, including a red, white and blue Rolls-Royce. Yet, if a visit to the museum isn’t enough, planners can order a replica of the piano ring worn by the performer. Onlookers will see the ring sparkle from across the room with its luminous Austrian crystal and 18-carat gold overlay. www.liberace.com
