Historic Blue Rose
  • Sitting on two acres, the Historic Blue Rose is one of the last historic estates left on the Gulf Coast. Built in 1848, the estate operated as the residence of the locally prominent Fitzpatrick family until the 1950s, when it was turned into a commercial establishment, with several restaurants circulating through it over the years. Today, restored from the hurricane, the home is a viable out-of-casino venue option for groups looking for a taste of Southern culture. Groups ranging from 40 to160 can enjoy on-site catering in several different indoor rooms, and events can also be held on the house’s outdoor veranda or backyard. www.historicbluerose.com
