What are three offbeat off-site venues that you would recommend for groups visiting Portland?
  • Portland Streetcar: This modern trolley is available for private rental, so groups can hold moving meetings and receptions while seeing sites that range from Portland’s waterfront and the hip and trendy Pearl District to the bustling NW shopping neighborhood. When someone wants to ride in style and have a reception at the same time, this is our recommendation.

  • The Screening Room: This is a new theater venue designed especially for corporate meetings. Conveniently located on the Portland Streetcar line, this historical site includes a service bar and state-of-the-art digital theater technology. Catering is available and theater seating makes the venue perfect for presentations and private screenings. We can take this vintage setting and re-create a 1930s speakeasy for a memorable presentation.

  • Vino Vixens: This is a hip wine shop and venue on the east side of Portland with a 3,000-plus-square-foot space available for special events. Its enthusiastic staff has the attitude needed to make wine fun and seem like new again. Whether it is blind tastings, pairing wines with chocolates or a group lecture on “How to Look Like a Wine Snob in Under Two Hours,” we feel this is the perfect place for our clients to mingle while sampling the best of Oregon’s wines.
