  • The 92-story Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago will debut this December along the Chicago River, featuring 339 guest rooms, 486 private residences, meeting and event facilities, and a health club and spa.   • The $100 million, 24-story JW Marriott Hotel Grand Rapids debuted in September. Each guest room is outfitted with a 37-inch flat-screen television that can be used as a computer monitor or gaming screen.   • The Radisson Hotel and Suites in downtown Kansas City was rebranded as the Crowne Plaza Hotel Kansas City Downtown. The 28-story hotel offers 388 guest rooms, 99 of which are two-room suites. For groups, the hotel features 13,000 square feet of meeting space, a business center and a ballroom on the top floor. With the change in hands, more than $12 million is being infused into the property for renovations and upgrades to reposition it as an upscale business hotel.   • Vesta Hospitality recently acquired the 230-room Holiday Inn Lincoln–Downtown from Columbus Hotel Properties following a $3.5 million renovation to the lobby and bathrooms. The new ownership is adding another $3 million in renovations, slated to begin in November, which will include the exterior, main elevator, common areas and all 230 guest rooms.
