Leonard previously served as general manager of The Hilton Waikiki Prince Kuhio in Honolulu… Visit Jacksonville hired Chris Atib as promotions manager. Prior to joining the CVB, Atib worked as an executive account representative at Cox Radio… Shan Kanagasingham was named general manager for the Tides South Beach in Miami. She was most recently director of rooms for the re-opening of the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong… Eric Rosenbaum was promoted from general manager of the Caribe Royale Orlando to vice president of Florida Operations for Sierra Land Group.   • The Columbia Metropolitan CVB appointed Dee Simons sales manager. Simons served as director of sales for the Clarion Town House Hotel in Columbia.
