Grand Geneva Golf Resort & Spa (262.248.8811; www.grandgeneva.com) plans to complete an upgrade of its spa, pool and guest rooms by February 2009. The 1,300-acre property offers 355 guest rooms and 62,000 square feet of indoor meeting space.
Timber Ridge Lodge (262.248.8811; www.timberridgeresort.com) expects to finish a renovation in November. The project will include updates to guest rooms and public spaces. The hotel offers 225 guest suites, 3,500 square feet of meeting space and an attached 50,000-square-foot waterpark.
The Abbey Resort & Fontana Spa (262.275.9000; www.theabbeyresort.com) plans to complete a renovation of its 35,000-square-foot spa in May. The 334-room property offers 40,000 square feet of meeting space.
The 82-acre Interlaken Resort and Spa closed in late 2006 for a $135 million overhaul and plans to reopen March 21 as The Lodge at Geneva Ridge (262.248.9121; www.genevaridge.com), with 146 renovated guest rooms, an updated lobby and restaurant, 16,000 square feet of meeting space, and a spa. The hotel plans to begin additional improvements by the end the year, including the addition of a 10,000-square-foot grand ballroom, eight breakout rooms and 210 additional guest suites.
Lake Lawn Resort (262.728.7900; www.lakelawnresort.com) completed a $4 million renovation of its guest rooms and meeting space. The resort sits on 258 acres on Delavan Lake and boasts 222 guest rooms and 32,000 square feet of meeting space.
The Cove of Lake Geneva (262.249.9460; www.cove-lake-geneva.com) opened two new ballrooms in late 2006. The property offers 222 guest suites and 8,500 square feet of meeting space.
