Branford House

  • Built in 1903 and featuring panoramic views of Fishers Island and Long Island Sound, this 31-room mansion was completely refurbished in 2001 and is now part of the University of Connecticut, Avery Point. Its ornate wooden interior can hold 200 for a sit-down/buffet or 350 cocktail style. Larger events can set up tents on the lawn in front of the patio. www.branford.uconn.edu
