Describe your event.
Our event was an incentive trip for a financial services company. We had 250 attendees at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole.

Why did you decide to host the meeting in Jackson Hole?
The client has recently done beach/tropical destinations and Europe, and they wanted a different destination. And, after last year in Europe, a U.S. dollar destination sounded really good.

What surprised you the most about Four Seasons Jackson Hole and Jackson Hole?
The physical beauty of the area is astounding and the Four Seasons has done a great job with their facility. It has a very warm, lodgy feel and fits right into the surroundings.

Was anybody particularly helpful?
The entire staff of the Four Seasons was excellent. And so was our DMC, Rocky Mountain Connection. We had to move one outdoor event inside, due to weather, and both the hotel and RMC were fabulous. Obviously, you can’t control the weather, but their experience, flexibility and responsiveness saved the event.

What were some of the unique off-site venues that you used that specifically highlighted the remote ambience and great outdoors setting of the destination?
Our group really enjoyed taking the Bridger Gondola to the top of the mountain. The ride itself was enjoyable, and the view was nothing short of spectacular.

What local suppliers (DMCs, transportation companies, catering companies, etc.) did you utilize, and did you find them helpful in planning the logistics of the event and/or off-site activities?
RMC was our DMC. They did an excellent job on ground transportation, activities and event planning.

How does Jackson Hole compare to other destinations?
It’s a unique destination that offers something for everyone.

Would you return?
Absolutely!

Do you have any advice for other planners who might bring a meeting to Jackson Hole? Book the Four Seasons and use RMC. You can’t go wrong.
