- Westminster Hotel in Livingston named Michael T. McHenry director of sales and marketing. In his new position, McHenry is responsible for directing the Westminster Hotel’s strategic planning and hospitality sales efforts, including group and transient rooms, group food and beverage, meeting room rental, local catering, and outlet and other revenues. Previously, McHenry served as corporate sales manager at the Westin Governor Morris Hotel in Morristown, N.J., and as a senior sales manager at Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel and Conference Center in East Rutherford, N.J…. Wyndham Hotel Group, based in Parsippany, hired the leadership team for its recently acquired Microtel Inns & Suites and Hawthorn Suites brands. Roy Flora was appointed president of the brands. He previously served its parent company, U.S. Franchise Systems, as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Two other USFS veterans, brothers Mike Muir and Tim Muir, were named senior vice presidents of franchise sales and development for the brands’ western and eastern regions, respectively. Flora previously spent more than 20 years with the former Holiday Inn Worldwide, beginning in 1970 as director, projects development and system administration. Prior to joining USFS, Tim Muir served Holiday Inn Worldwide as vice president, franchise sales and development, and Mike Muir handled the company’s franchise sales and development on the West Coast.… Richard Cimilluca was named director of sales and marketing for the Palace at Somerset Park, located in Somerset County. Cimilluca was previously opening director of sales and marketing for The Heldrich, in New Brunswick, and has served as the director of sales and marketing for the North Maple Inn of Basking Ridge as well as director of sales and marketing at the Forrestal Hotel, in Princeton.

- David Bernacki was named convention sales assistant for the Albany County CVB. In his position, Bernacki will assist the sales staff to promote Albany County and its facilities and is responsible for tracking sales activity and producing a bi-annual convention calendar… The Sagamore, the private island resort overlooking Lake George in the Adirondack Mountains, promoted Ted Bearor to director of training and development, and appointed Kevin Phenegar food and beverage director and Karen Watson spa director. Previously, Bearor was director of food and beverage at The Sagamore, where he worked closely managing the resort’s varied dining venues. Other positions held during his nine-year tenure at the resort include assistant director of food and beverage, and manager of The Sagamore Dining Room. Phenegar has more than 20 years of food and beverage management experience, including most recently as assistant director of resort food and beverage and director of dining facilities at North Carolina’s Pinehurst Resort and Country Club. Other previous appointments include director of food and beverage at the Holly Inn in Mount Holly Springs, Pa. Watson, prior to joining The Sagamore, was spa manager of Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona.… New York-based Loews Hotels promoted Michael Dominguez to vice president of global sales. Dominguez joined Loews Hotels as the director of marketing at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Ariz., in 2005.

- Embassy Suites Columbus-Dublin hired Kris Brown as general manager. Brown comes most recently from the Embassy Suites in Frisco, Texas.… Millennium Hotels & Resorts appointed Jordan Cooper general manager of the Millennium Hotel Cincinnati. For the past six years, Cooper held the position of general manager at the Hilton in Philadelphia. He has also served as managing director at Warwick Hotel and Towers in Philadelphia.

- Westin Harbour Castle appointed Margaret Readings hotel manager. She brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry to her position at the hotel. For the last year she has been in the position of hotel manager at the hotel on a temporary basis.
