What are three great places for groups to take in Indiana’s rich basketball heritage?

  • Conseco Fieldhouse: Home to the NBA Indiana Pacers and WNBA Indiana Fever, Conseco Fieldhouse provides visitors with a view into Indiana’s rich basketball heritage. The concourses of this retro-style facility are adorned with hundreds of mementos, uniforms, trophies, photos and historical fact boards. Numerous locations throughout the facility can accommodate small meetings, while the Grand Entry, concourse levels and arena floor offer options for groups of up to 5,000 guests. With over 18,000 permanent seats, the entire arena and seating area can be used by large groups hosting a concert or other stage production.

  • Indiana High School Basketball Hall of Fame: Basketball is a sport that's at the very core of life in Indiana. This rich tradition is proudly celebrated at the Indiana High School Basketball Hall of Fame, 35 miles east of Indianapolis. Visitors can view memorabilia from all the Indiana basketball championship teams, step inside the locker room to hear one of Coach John Wooden’s inspirational talks, take trivia tests, and follow Indiana’s contributions to college and pro basketball. The museum can accommodate sit-down meal functions for 75 people and receptions for 125 people.

  • NCAA Hall of Champions: The NCAA Hall of Champions is located in downtown Indianapolis in beautiful White River State Park. This state-of-the-art facility features two levels of highly interactive demonstration areas, special traveling exhibits and temporary displays, inspiring theater presentations, tributes to former NCAA student athletes and a gallery for special exhibitions. The NCAA Hall of Champions offers groups a unique backdrop for small meetings as well as larger social functions. The hall can accommodate up to 500 people for an evening reception.
