Programs & Packages

  • To take some of the sting out of continuing stock market fluctuations, Joie de Vivre’s San Francisco-based Hotel Adagio and Los Angeles-based Hotel Angeleno are offering a 10 percent to 20 percent discount on meetings booked by Jan. 31, depending on the Dow Jones close the day a meetings contract is signed. The DJIA Index promotion applies to groups of 10 rooms or more per night. The hotels will quote their regular room and meeting rates on an initial meetings proposal, and apply a discount to both based on the Dow Jones Industrial Average close the date the contract is signed, as follows: 10 percent discount if the Dow Jones closes between 9,000 and 9,999, 15 percent discount if the Dow closes between 8,000 and 8,999 and 20 percent discount if the Dow Jones closes between 7,000 and 7,999. Hotel Angeleno will also apply the discount to meetings-associated food and beverage costs. The promotion is valid on bookings made by Jan. 31. For more information, contact Hotel Angeleno at 310.481.7824 or Hotel Adagio at 415.354.2606, or visit www.jdvhospitality.com.

The package takes advantage of new and renovated meeting space, such as the over 1,100-square-foot Portofino Room in Casino MonteLago.
