What are three of the hottest new dining experiences you would recommend for groups meeting in Las Vegas?
Yellowtail Sushi Restaurant & Bar: Located in the Bellagio, Yellowtail has taken the city by storm. Whether you are a sushi expert or novice, diners will find that Yellowtail takes dining to the next level with a mix of traditional and modern Japanese cuisine. The sleek restaurant consists of ambient lighting, rich woods and unique stone decor with incredible views of the famous Bellagio fountains and the Las Vegas Strip from its large windows and outdoor veranda. Unforgettable dishes include Maine lobster carpaccio, toro sashimi, Alaskan king crab tempura and Kobe beef. Yellowtail can accommodate 450 people for a buyout reception, 240 for a seated buyout, 18 in the private dining room and 28 on the outdoor veranda.
Stratta: Located in the Wynn, Stratta takes diners on a culinary adventure with vibrant Italian and Mediterranean flavors. The decor is classic and simplistic with crisp white tablecloths, bright red chairs and ornate light fixtures. Go to Stratta hungry and dive into one of the best wood-fired pizzas in town. The crisp crust, melted cheese and toppings such as wild mushrooms, truffle oil and fresh seafood make this pizza absolutely spectacular. Other entrees include beef tenderloin tartare and specialty pastas such as short rib of beef ragout. Stratta can accommodate up to 118 guests for a plated dinner in the main dining room.
Dos Caminos: Located in the new Palazzo, Dos Caminos is hot, contemporary and the place to go for superior Mexican food. The atmosphere is modern, fresh and funky, with rich wood and muted tones throughout. The cuisine is divine—Mexican fare taken to the next level. Must-haves are the table-side guacamole with fresh tortilla chips, the fresh tuna ceviche and the roasted chicken enchiladas. Dos Caminos also offers incredible margaritas and tequila options. Diners can indulge in a tequila flight: three tastings with chili salt, lime and sangrita. Dos Caminos can accommodate 1,000 people for a buyout reception in the restaurant and lounge, 400 for a seated buyout of the restaurant and lounge, 125 for a reception in the private room and 80 for a seated dinner in the private room.
