- San Francisco’s The Stanford Court, a Renaissance Hotel, which traces its roots to the mansion Leland Stanford built on the site in 1876, recently completed a $35 million renovation, including an upgrade to all its guest rooms and suites, as well as the lobby, restaurant, porte-cochere and meeting room facilities. - The $1 billion M Resort Spa Casino opened in March, residing on more than 90 acres in Henderson.
