The Site International Foundation announced the creation of The Site Index, an ongoing research project and annual analysis and forecast for the motivational events industry.
“Our industry is changing. We need insight on how we are collectively performing in the current environment and the ability to understand what is reshaping the future,” said Roger Tondeur, Site International Foundation’s president. “We want to measure what is relevant and effective so people can build marketing plans around this information and ultimately drive business results.”
Data for the index will be derived from surveys of a global group of highly qualified incentive travel and motivational event users and providers that will be conducted throughout the year. Interim studies will be released in the second half of 2009 with the first annual publication of The Site Index slated for 2010.
