The $350 million property is situated at the historic intersection of Hollywood and Vine. An on-site Metro Red line station connects to the rail and bus system that serves Los Angeles County. The hotel and the residences are seeking LEED Silver certification.
The 305-room hotel features an open air rooftop pool, Drai’s Hollywood nightclub, Bliss Spa, the Delphine Eatery & Bar and Station Hollywood. The latter is an outdoor lounge that includes a 600-square-foot cinema-style screen, a bar, sectional seating and fire pits.
Other elements include retail space and 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
