Production Resource Group (PRG), a meetings industry and entertainment resource firm, acquired Davis Audio Visual.
“Davis’ resources and expertise in meetings and convention services...gives us an enhanced presence in the Denver market,” said Scott Hansen, PRG’s senior vice president.
Tim Dyer, president of Davis, was named general manager of PRG’s rental facility in Denver.
