Rick Bayless, a popular chef and restaurateur, will open RED O By Rick Bayless on Melrose Avenue in April.
Bayless is famous for popularizing authentic Mexican fare via a popular cooking show on PBS and his two renowned Chicago restaurants.
The restaurant, which is available for groups, will feature a courtyard, chandeliers hand-made by Mexican artisans, a semi-private dining room, a glass tequila tunnel and a 25-foot long fireplace with a view of Melrose Avenue.
