Holiday Inn Hilton Head Island (843.785.5126; www.holidayinn.com) completed a soft goods room and corridor upgrade in early 2009. Located on Coligny Beach, the property offers 202 guest rooms and 5,900 square feet of group gathering space.
Palmetto Dunes Resort (866.380.1778; www.palmettodunes.com) finished renovating its George Fazio Course March 8. Last year, the resort upgraded its Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Course and the Arthur Hills Course. In addition to three golf courses, the 2,000-acre resort offers a tennis center, several meeting spaces and a variety of guest units.
