The offer includes a complimentary meeting room for the general session, a 10 discount on audiovisual services, a 20 percent discount on an LCD projector, a 10 percent discount on food and beverage and a $200 breakout room rental. Additionally, the planner will receive a complimentary spa treatment. The offer is valid through May 30 for meetings held by Dec. 31.
The hotel features 246 room and 24,000 square feet of meeting space.
