The 239-room Four Seasons Hotel Denver is set for a fall opening at the edge of the Lower Downtown, or "LoDo," neighborhood in the city’s business and theater districts.
The property will include 102 private residents, 17,000 square feet of meeting and event space on one floor, a rooftop terrace and pool deck, a spa and a steakhouse restaurant.
Other features include a 5,200-square-foot Grand Ballroom that can accommodate up to 350 people and features a large prefunction space; the Cottonwood Room, which can accommodate up to 240 people; and a series of smaller rooms that can hold up to 90 people.
The hotel’s third-floor pool deck can be used for open-air receptions, and meetings that demand a high degree of privacy may be held in the third-floor Executive Boardroom, which is removed from the main function spaces and public areas of the Hotel.
