Hotel Parq Central is expected to open here this fall in the heart of the EDo (East of downtown) neighborhood and on historic Route 66.
The 74-room hotel is situated in the former Memorial Hospital building that was constructed in the 1920s. The building is featured on the National Register of Historic Places.
The front entrance’s staircase has been restored, and the interior columns are finished with handmade New Mexico tile. A hotel will feature a rooftop Apothecary Bar with skyline and mountain views, where guests can sip classic 1920s-themed cocktails and snack on tapas. The bar showcases antique apothecary bottles. The property will include three gardens on over a half acre of outdoor space.
The hotel will also feature conference rooms and a business center, an exercise room, massage services and flat-screen televisions in rooms.
