The 610-room JW Marriott Chicago is scheduled to open this September.
The hotel is located in one of Chicago’s historic landmarks, the Daniel Burnham-designed Continental & Commercial National Bank building at on West Adams Street in the heart of the financial district. The hotel is currently undergoing a $396 million restoration to blends Burnham’s famous architectural style with modern surroundings.
The hotel will also feature 44,000 square feet of event space, including the 8,300-square-foot Grand Ballroom and 5,900-square-foot Burnham Ballroom. The property will also include a 20,000-square-foot spa and fitness center.
