- The 239-room Four Seasons Hotel Denver is set for a fall opening at the edge of the Lower Downtown, or "LoDo," neighborhood in the city's business and theater districts. The property will include 102 private residences, 17,000 square feet of meeting and event space on one floor, a rooftop terrace and pool deck, a spa and a steakhouse restaurant. Other features will include a 5,200-square-foot Grand Ballroom for up to 350 people, the Cottonwood Room, for up to 240, and a series of smaller rooms.
