Baltimore

  • Kimpton's Hotel Monaco Baltimore (443.692.6170) recently opened with 202 rooms and suites and more than 6,000 square feet of meeting space. Originally constructed in 1906, the building was the site of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Headquarters.
  • Holiday Inn Express Baltimore-Downtown (410.400.8045) opened in a historic downtown building originally built in 1924 to house the Old Town National Bank. The property features a fitness center, a business center, meeting space and a free shuttle to the Baltimore Convention Center.
  • Aloft Baltimore-Washington International Airport (410.691.6969) recently debuted. The hotel offers a 540-square-foot boardroom.

Annapolis

  • The 225-room Westin Annapolis (410.972.4300) completed a renovation to convert existing employee offices into 2,000 square feet of flexible new meeting space. The property now includes more than 11,600 square feet of meeting space.

Suburban Maryland

  • Element Arundel Mills (443.577.0050) recently opened. The hotel features a library, a fitness center, an outdoor fire pit, a barbeque area, flexible lobby space and meeting space.
  • Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton opened a dual-branded complex in Rockville-Gaithersburg. Hilton Garden Inn Rockville-Gaithersburg (240.507.1800) features 112 guest rooms, a business center and a lounge area. Homewood Suites by Hilton Rockville-Gaithersburg (240.507.1900; www.homewood suites.com) offers 87 studio, one- and two-bedroom suites. The hotels share amenities including a heated indoor pool, a whirlpool, a fitness center and flexible meeting space.
  • Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Lexington Park (301.737.5227) recently debuted in Lexington Park. The hotel features an indoor pool, a fitness center and 1,100 square feet of meeting space.
