The 607-room InterContinental New York Times Square opened recently. The 36-story property is the largest new-build hotel to open in Manhattan since 2002 and will be the largest hotel in New York to achieve LEED certification. The property includes a three-bedroom, 2,700-square-foot Penthouse Suite. The hotel boasts 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, including a 4,000-square-foot ballroom. Additionally, there are 25 flexible suites available that can be utilized as event space. Hotel amenities include 24-hour business and fitness centers, wired and wireless Internet in guest rooms and public areas and touch-screen computers in all guest rooms.
