The $100 million Beach Centre here, a new mixed-use development, is expected to open in 2012.
The complex will offer more than 64,000 square feet of new dining, entertainment and shopping options just a few miles from the Virginia Beach Convention Center. Beach Centre will include 178 apartments, 45,000 square foot of office space and more than 500 parking spaces.
The project, which is referred to as the Laskin Road Gateway development while under construction, will be built in four phases.
