Courtyard by Marriott introduced a new lobby and room design concept with this week’s opening of the 124-room Courtyard Pittsburgh Settler’s Ridge/Robinson Township.
Designed for LEED silver certification, the new property features a lobby with individual check-in area, flexible seating, private media booths with high-definition TVs and a semi-enclosed lounge area. Touch screen technology and a restaurant called The Bistro—Eat, Drink and Connect are also part of the new Courtyard prototype that will be introduced at other hotels.
