Global hospitality company Access Hotel & Resorts will manage the trendy Distrikt Hotel in New York City. The 155-room hotel, which opened last February, is located in midtown Manhattan near Times Square.
The Distrikt is housed in a sleek 32-story skyscraper designed by architects Otte Assemblage. The hotel’s décor is divided into design motifs themed after various parts of New York City -- The Financial District, Lower East Side, Tribeca, SoHo, Village, Chelsea, Midtown East, Midtown West, Central Park and Harlem.
