Hotel Parq Central (505.242.0040) opened Sept. 30 in Albuquerque's Edo (east of downtown) neighborhood with 74 guest rooms and 26,000 square feet of meeting space
.

 

The 276-room Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel (505.843.7000) is scheduled to open Nov. 11. Formerly the Albuquerque Grand Hotel, the property has undergone a massive renovation and will feature 12,000 square feet of meeting space.

The Sheraton Seattle is constructing The Garden Walk, a project designed to transform downtown's 7th Avenue into a pedestrian corridor. The Sheraton's wall will become a green wall, with climbing vines, while Ginny Ruffner's sculpture, An Urban Garden, a 27-foot kinetic water feature, will anchor one corner.
