Report Says Boycott Costly for Arizona
The boycott over Arizona's immigration enforcement law has cost the state over $250 million in lost convention business, according to an economic impact study by the consulting firm Elliott D. Pollack & Co. that was commissioned by the Center for American Progress.

The Shorebreak Hotel (714.861.4470) opened in 2009 with 157 guest rooms and 8,000 square feet of function space, including a 3,000-square-foot ballroom.
Newport Beach
In April, the Island Hotel Newport Beach (949.759.0808) completed a transformation of its more than 20,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 6,000- square-foot ballroom, five meeting rooms and five additional meeting suites.
