Destination choices for incentive programs are largely driven by concerns over value and service, according to a recent survey of incentive planners by the SITE International Foundation.
The report also identified Hawaii, Africa and China as the three top up-and-coming incentive destinations. At the same time, many respondents said they were choosing destinations close to home, limiting travel time to between three and nine hours.
“Destination executives should note that future business from a planner is almost certain if program value and service are evident and measurable,” said Fay Beauchine, Site International Foundation president.
