Ideally located in a park-like setting near the 10, 210 and 57 freeways and Ontario International Airport, the facility site offers easy access to all of the Southern California excitement in Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Orange counties. Opening in fall 2011, the facility will be LEED- and IACC- (International Association of Conference Centers) certified. The conference center will provide an additional 43,000 net square feet of well-designed meeting space, including a 12,000-square-foot ballroom and a full complement of breakout rooms. Adjacent to the new facilities is a 33,000-square-foot exposition hall with room for up to 150 booths.

The San Francisco CVB, the city and county of San Francisco and the San Francisco Tourism Improvement District (SFTID) recently began work on a two-year, $55 million upgrade and renovation of the Moscone Center, with an expected completion date of July 2012. Moscone West, which opened in 2003, is not part of the renovation project. The upgrade and renovation work ranges from basic aesthetic improvements to significant infrastructure projects, including pursuing LEED Silver certification. Renovation work will have minimal impact on existing groups contracted to meet in Moscone Center during the project's time frame. For more information, call 415.974.4000.
