  • The Sebastian Vail, formerly the Vail Plaza Hotel & Club, recently debuted at the gateway to Vail Village. The property offers 100 guest rooms and seven suites and a destination spa.   • Sheraton Waikiki opened its Leahi Club Lounge in January, marking the completion of the final phase of a comprehensive $188 million renovation to the 1,636-room resort on Waikiki Beach. Leahi, Hawaii's first Sheraton Club Lounge, is perched on the 30th floor and offers lounge seating, a buffet line area, a media center with flat-panel televisions and projectors, an executive boardroom for up to 12 persons and high-speed wireless Internet access throughout.   • Ravella at Lake Las Vegas is slated to open in February on the site of the former Ritz-Carlton at Lake Las Vegas. The resort sits on 15 acres of the master-planned Lake Las Vegas community and features 349 rooms, including 33 suites and two presidential suites.
