PSAV Presentation Services was named a finalist in the 5th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, and is one of eight companies competing in the "Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year" category.
Award winners will be announced at a gala awards banquet Feb. 21 at the Eden Roc Renaissance Hotel in Miami Beach, Fla.

PSAV said that it has recently experienced its highest levels of customer satisfaction ratings, despite the recent downturn in the meetings industry, and has consistently achieved quarterly increases in overall customer satisfaction scores since July 2009 across several ranking attributes.
Van Dyke said the company’s front-line technicians are incented completely on customer satisfaction performance, not financial metrics, and are measured against 11 areas, ranging from initial contact to timely setup to friendly expertise, adding that PSAV developed an alert process that allows it to proactively reach out to customers who experienced any specific concern.
