Trustee to Oversee Troubled Pittsburgh Hotel
Frustrated by ongoing conflicts between the owner and lender involved in a reorganization dispute over the former Hilton Pittsburgh, a U.S. bankruptcy judge said he will appoint a trustee to step in and oversee operations at the downtown hotel now known as the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh.

Host Buys NYC's Helmsley Hotel
Host Hotels purchased the Helmsley Hotel in midtown Manhattan for $313.5 million and announced that Starwood Hotels and Resorts will be the new manager for the property once the transaction closes in March.

SRC Arena and Events Center (315.498.2622) at Onondaga Community College is scheduled to open in late 2011. The ultramodern, 180,000-square-foot athletic and event complex will include an 80,000-square-foot health and physical education facility. The college will offer over 500 beds in more than 90 suites to complement summer event bookings.
