IAO Theatre
The 375-seat historic IAO Theatre dates to 1928 and is home to the Maui Fringe Festival as well as marquee productions such as Cats, Chicago and Taming of the Shrew. The facility offers state-of-the-art air-conditioning and sound systems, a video data projector for presentations, a dressing room space that can be used for breakouts and a kitchen.

O'o Farm
Lahaina celebrity chef James McDonald, who runs the show at produce self-sufficient restaurants Pacific’O and I’O, also operates O’o Farm in upcountry Kula, where groups can enjoy farm-to-table cuisine. Guests can pick vegetables and have chefs prepare the meal.

Bev Gannon Restaurants
Bev Gannon operates Gannon’s Restaurant, which is located in Wailea and boasts floor-to-ceiling views of the ocean, and Hali’imaile General Store. Gannon’s also lures many corporate groups for social events large and small, utilizing its prime oceanfront location.

Old Lahaina Luau
Old Lahaina Luau serves up an oceanfront evening of traditional Hawaiian cuisine, music, cultural dances and demonstrations. Guests can dig into a buffet stocked full with regional cuisine, and a premium open bar is offered throughout the evening.

'Ulalena
Presented at Lahaina’s Maui Theatre, ‘Ulalena explores metaphors that integrate Hawaiian chants and dances, acrobatics, original music and choreography, lighting and projection. The Maui Theatre seats 680 and also can be rented for special events.
