The Great Florida Birding Trail is now the Great Florida Birding and Wildlife Trail, connecting nearly 500 sites throughout the state on a 2,000-mile, self-guided highway tour. In addition to native and migrating birds, the trail includes information on butterfly watching and other wildlife-viewing opportunities. Despite the name change, the trail’s road signs will remain the same.
