Marlene Goldman has been writing about her travel adventures and the travel industry for the past 10 years, having journeyed to all seven continents. Her stories have appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle, Christian Science Monitor, Healing Lifestyles and Spas, and several in-flight magazines. She is the author of The Little Black Book of Los Angeles and The Little Black Book of San Francisco, both for Peter Pauper Press, and she has contributed as a writer and editor for a number of other guidebooks. Marlene has also received a number of photography awards and is a member of the Society of American Travel Writers.
