Pet peeve: People who get to the airport and then call someone to say they're at the airport.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received in our industry? Middle managers in the hospitality industry are the best barometer of their business's success.
What’s your favorite local/regional place to take a visitor to your area? Everyone's seen photos, but when you actually stand in front of Lincoln at the Lincoln Memorial, it pretty much blows people away.
